Terms & Conditions and Dispatching Policy
Normally you will be charge for each order. If you order from us in more than one occasion within a limited timeframe we can arrange to package and deliver all orders in one delivery service.
We ship our orders within a week or earlier, however, it can be changed depending upon the season and workload.
Custom Orders Guide
it can take approx. two days more. At the time you have confirmed an order, we send you an email on the same email account with the delivery time-table and further detail.
DHL has a Standard international and domestic parcel services.
FedEx has a Standard international and domestic parcel services.

That’s why, all orders are sent by DHL or FedEx. Transit time will vary depending on which country you are located in, but an average time to be allowed one week.
Returns And Exchange Policy
With our easy return policy, exchanging or returning an item has never been more convenient.
Fancy jackets take great care of your experience and satisfaction. Although we do our best to provide you with the right products, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund, or exchange. If you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly offer it.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item was damaged upon receipt) Once we’ve received the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product.
Upon receipt of your order, if you notice any discrepancies, defects or damage in the corridor, please notify us within 3 days so that we can improve the situation for you immediately. If the customer fails to notify us within that period, we cannot offer a resolution.
We work hard every day to make sure our customers are happy with our products and services. Our standard is never to compromise on quality. However, in some cases a return or exchange may be required, you can read more about our return policy here.
We recommend using your size chart before ordering any product from our website. If the size is not correct (half or one inch doesn’t matter), do not hesitate to contact us.

Damaged or Defective Item
If your ordered item was damaged during the transit, please contact us within Three days. We put 100% efforts in providing the best quality product and services to our customers.
Try your purchase in the comfort at your home and let us know if you would like a different size or style, we will collect the information and sent it back.

Items must be returned to us, unused, unaltered and with all fancy jackets tags and labels still attached. We will not be able to accept returns that do not meet these guidelines.
In case your purchased item was specifically customized / altered for you, we won’t be able to take returns.
Canceling an Order
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of placing the order and we will look into it for you. And flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item’s amount. If the product is in transit, then you have to receive and apply for a return.
You can receive your refund on the same account to which you placed the order. For this you need to send an email to email@example.com
We use genuine raw material in all our products. So that our customers can trust us completely and our first priority is to satisfy our customers.
Please note that the color of the original product may vary slightly different due to your LCD, MONITOR or Output devices brightness and resolution.
Raw material from third parties can cause minor changes.
